I thought I was really chilled about Christmas, trying hard to focus on the important things in life, not the presents and the Black Friday deals but when I saw a post from my friend stating that on the 1st December she was just off to get her last bits for Christmas and I hadn’t bought a thing I found myself going into panic mode ! I thought to myself, I bet I am not the only one at this stage on December feeling this way so I have put together a few of my Top Tips to help us, myself included, through the Christmas period in one piece.
Stay Hydrated and increase your vitamin intake. Fend off mental and physical illness with this one.
A simple catch up over a coffee with a friend is always worth fitting in. Remember the last time you did that? I bet you walked away feeling fab.
It is cold but get your hat on and take a walk in the fresh air as often as you can. It will freshen up and focus the mind.
And finally. make a list of what really is important to you and your family at Christmas. I bet that matching place-mats isn’t on there so take those things off your to do list and focus on the ones that matter.
